QUANTITY SURVEYING:
Estimating QTY’s of all Materials; Material Take -off MTO, Budget Quantities for all items based on detailed Drawings and estimating the cost of the materials up to Preparing the Total Budget of Projects
حساب كميات المواد المطلوب شراؤها وكميات بنود الاعمال طبقا واللوحات التفصيليه وكذلك حساب تكاليف هذه المواد وصولا لإعداد الموازنه التفصيلية للمشروعات
VALUE ENGINEERING:
Value engineering is a systematic method to improve the “value” of a product or service that the project produces.
هندسة القيمة هي طريقة منهجية لتحسين “قيمة” المنتج أو الخدمة التي ينتجها المشروع.
TIME SCHEDULE PLANNING PACKAGE:
Preparing integrated time schedule that contain initial dates to start and finish project activities and define the critical path, as well as preparing a plan for the project’s needs of labor, equipment and materials

تقارير الاداء ومعدلات الانتاجيه والتى تقيس انتاجية العمالة وكفاءة المعدات والتي تساعد في التنبوء بالتكاليف المطلوبة لاستكمال الاعمال بالمشروع
RISK ANALYSIS REPORTS:
Is the process of assessing the Probability of an Risk event occurring and analyzing its effects overall the Project and how to avoid it.
تحليل المخاطر هو عملية تقييم احتمالية وقوع مخاطر وتحليل تأثيرها على مدار المشروع وكيفيه تفاديها .
CLAIM REPORTS:
Preparing reports on claims for projects as a result of delays caused by delays in the arrival of materials or delays due to other parties and so on.
